The concept

The owner trusts his boat to a professional who handles every aspect of the maintenance and the management of the unit in compensation of which the owner gives permission to rent his vessel. The renting income is shared between the owner and the Mer Yachting company.

Our company

MER YACHTING SERVICES is based in Camille Rayon harbor in Golfe Juan since 2005. Renting boats is our main activity during summer period with growing numbers every year. Developing loyalty of our guests and owners being the key of our success. Today we manage around thirty boats from 20 to 60 feet. All of them being very recent, in perfect condition and build by the best shipyards. Our approach is to provide a ‘stress less’ service to both our guests and our owners. We take the time to familiarize our guests with the boat they rent. We handle every harbor navigation and help immediately if any problem rises. That is why for years we have an incident rate reported to the number of rents that is less than 1 %- with an average boat immobilization of less than 24 hours.

Our harbor

Camille Rayon Harbor is ideally placed on the French Riviera. Close to Cannes and in the middle between Monaco to the East and Saint Tropez to the West. We have a particularly fine weather because of our location: the turning point of the major winds. With a capacity of 841 boats from 6 to 75 meters, it is one of the largest on the French Riviera. In addition to all the classic facilities we have 3 shipyards at our disposal, including one for superyachts, private parking area, security units 24/7 and video surveillance 24/7. Last but not least, Golfe Juan is a nice village with all commodities. Very peaceful and calm.

Summary

Ready-to-go boat at its owner disposal. The owner has always priority over renting and his boat is checked and prepared before he casts off. Berth place and maintenance guarantee: every maintenance operation (including but not limited to engine service, careening and equipment check) is carried out in time to comply to the owner’s program. The berth place is guaranteed in Camille Rayon Harbor. Guarding and technical assistance all year long: our company is open all year long. During summer we are available 7 days a week. Fees paid by the renting: berth place, engine maintenance, hull maintenance, taxes when applicable and insurance. We cover those fees on the basis of 25 days of rental (fees covered totally or partially depending on the size of the unit).
